Our listing commission is 1% and you decide what you would like to pay the buyer’s agent. We recommend between 2 to 3%. Our recommendation is 2.5%, this provides agents with an incentive to show your home, but it’s up to you. If we sell your home without a buyer’s agent we charge 2.5%.
